We are urgently hiring Female Fresher Voice Process Executives for a Bdreamz Global Solutions Pvt Ltd in Velachery, Chennai. This is a day shift

Location: Velachery, Chennai
Salary (Take Home): 15,000 to 25,000 per month
Shift Timing: Day Shift (No Night Shifts)
Experience: Freshers Welcome
Gender Preference: Female Candidates Only

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound voice calls with customers
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude
• Follow call center scripts and company policies
• Maintain call records and feedback

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Female candidates only
• Freshers are welcome
• Good communication skills in English and Tamil
• Basic computer knowledge
• Willing to work from the office in Velachery
• Immediate joiners preferred
