Sr. AI/ML

Years of experience:Lead Material -

Key Skills:

Lead the development and implementation of GenAI solutions leveraging LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, LLaMA) and multimodal models.
Identify and prioritize use cases across functions such as drug discovery, clinical trial design, medical writing, patient engagement, and knowledge management.
Guide the evaluation and fine-tuning of foundation models using Takedas proprietary and third-party data, ensuring compliance with GxP, HIPAA, and AI governance.
Architect scalable GenAI pipelines using cloud-native tools and frameworks (e.g., Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, LangChain, Hugging Face, NVIDIA NeMo).
Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, compliance, legal, and business leaders to define AI standards, ethics, and responsible AI principles.
Lead a cross-functional GenAI team, driving innovation while ensuring security, transparency, and performance of deployed models.
Stay current on GenAI trends, open-source ecosystems, and regulatory impacts (e.g., EU AI Act, FDA guidelines).
