About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer with strong expertise in Microsoft Azure and Generative AI to design, develop, and deploy intelligent solutions across cloud-based platforms. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of LLMs, RAG systems, and MLOps practices, and will play a key role in building scalable and secure AI systems integrated with the Microsoft ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models using Python, Azure Machine Learning, and Generative AI frameworks.

• Integrate AI solutions with Azure services such as Azure Functions, Data Lake, Synapse, and Cognitive Services.

• Build and deploy LLM-powered applications using LangChain, LangGraph, and vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone).

• Implement and maintain Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) workflows in production environments.

• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to define, design, and deliver AI-driven solutions.

• Optimize and monitor model performance, ensuring accuracy, scalability, and reliability.

• Apply MLOps principles for model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management using Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.

• Ensure security, compliance, and governance in all AI deployments.

• Stay up-to-date with emerging AI/ML technologies, particularly in Azure AI and Generative AI ecosystems.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning or AI model development using Python and cloud-based tools.

• Strong expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT, Gemini, or similar architectures.

• 1+ years of experience in Generative AI and RAG-based systems in production.

• Proficiency with LangChain/LangGraph, FAISS, Pinecone, and other LLM orchestration or retrieval frameworks.

• Solid understanding of deep learning architectures (e.g., Transformers, CNNs, RNNs) and frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras, and Scikit-learn.

• Strong skills in data manipulation using Pandas, NumPy, and related libraries.

• Hands-on experience with Azure AI stack, including Azure Machine Learning, Azure Functions, and Azure DevOps.

• Familiarity with REST APIs, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines for ML deployment.

• Excellent analytical and communication skills with a collaborative, problem-solving mindset.Role & responsibilities
