About the Role:

Procurement Executives (Freshers)

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the procurement of IT hardware such as servers, storage, networking devices, and related peripherals.
Collect quotations and prepare price comparison sheets from authorized vendors/OEMs.
Support the preparation of purchase orders (POs) and maintain procurement documentation.
Coordinate with vendors for delivery status and invoice submission.
Collaborate with finance and logistics teams for invoice verification and payment follow-ups.
Maintain vendor databases, purchase records, and pricing lists.
Adhere to company procurement policies and compliance procedures.

Desired Qualification:

Any Degree (preferably 20232025 pass-outs).
Interest in the IT procurement or supply chain domain.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation.
