Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for international BPO voice and non-voice processes.
• Source candidates through Naukri, job portals, referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic screenings to assess communication skills, experience, and role suitability.
• Evaluate candidates for international voice processes, including spoken English, confidence, fluency, and customer-handling potential.
• Explain job roles, salary structures, shift timings, rotational offs, and other employment requirements clearly to candidates.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and operations teams.
• Follow up with candidates to ensure interview attendance, offer acceptance, and successful joining.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and daily hiring reports.
• Achieve recruitment targets while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
