Who We're Looking For

• Any Undergraduate (10+2)/ Graduate/ Postgraduate is eligible to apply.
• Freshers and experienced candidates with customer service experience are welcome.
• Excellent verbal English communication skills with a clear and confident voice.
• Strong listening, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and typing proficiency.
• Willingness and flexibility to work in a 24/7 US rotational shift environment with 2 rotational week-offs.
• Positive attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working 5 days a week from the office with 2 rotational week-offs.

What You'll Be Doing

• Handle inbound customer service calls and provide exceptional support to customers.
• Understand customer concerns and provide accurate and timely resolutions.
• Address product, service, billing, and account-related inquiries while maintaining quality standards.
• Ensure adherence to process guidelines, compliance requirements, and customer service protocols.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and effective communication.
• Meet and exceed performance metrics related to quality, productivity, attendance, and customer experience.
• Accurately document customer interactions and update relevant systems.
