Shift Timings: US Rotational Shifts (24x7)

Who We're Looking For

Any Undergraduate (10+2)/ Graduate/ Postgraduate is eligible to apply.
Freshers and candidates with customer service experience.
Strong verbal English communication skills with a clear and confident voice.
Active listening, empathy, and problem-solving abilities.
Basic computer navigation and typing skills.
Flexible to work in US rotational shifts and comfortable with 2 rotational week-offs.
Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Be Doing

Handle inbound customer service calls from US-based customers and deliver a positive customer experience.
Understand customer concerns and provide accurate, timely resolutions as per process guidelines.
Respond to product, service, and general customer inquiries while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
Meet performance metrics related to call quality, customer satisfaction, and schedule adherence.
