Job Title

Customer Success Champion

Handle and resolve customer requests and queries
Engage in remote web sessions to troubleshoot technical issues at customers' end.
Hold product demonstrations for customers.
Improve customer onboarding processes.
Evaluate and improve tutorials and other communication infrastructure.
Mediate between clients and the organization.
Collaborate with product specialists to find creative solutions to customer business problems.
Minimize customer churn.

Qualification

0.6 months - 4 years of experience in similar role or support of software products

B.Com / B.Sc graduate from good university/college with good academic records.

Desired Skill Set

SQL ,Good Communication Skills, preferably with experience in handling customers in SaaS space. Knowledge of Hindi would be an advantage
