Walk-in Drive @ Sanand, Ahmedabad location for Quality department (EM, Micro Testing & IPQA) for Injectable plant on 7thSep25 (Sunday).

We are looking for suitable candidates for injectable/ sterile manufacturing plant for Ahmedabad location.

Interview Venue Details:

JOB LOCATION: Sanand, Ahmedabad

1. Quality Assurance - Environmental Monitoring (Microbiologist)

Designation : Trainee/ Officer/ Sr. Officer / Executive

Qualification

Total Experience: 1 to 05 years in injectable/ sterile manufacturing plant.

Shift Type

Total Positions: 5

• Environmental monitoring of manufacturing clean room area.
• Non-viable particle monitoring of manufacturing clean room area.
• Compressed air /nitrogen gas monitoring and Personnel monitoring.
• To maintain the Issuance/reconciliation record of items / media for Environment monitoring material e.g. plates, swabs, etc.
• To perform line clearance activity.

2. Quality Control – Micro Testing

Designation : Trainee/ Officer/ Sr. Officer / Executive

Qualification

Total Experience: 1 to 05 years in injectable/ sterile manufacturing plant.

Shift Type

Total Positions: 5

• Candidate must have hands on experience of Sterility Testing, Bacterial Endotoxin Test (BET), Bioburden testing, water testing.
• Candidate must have handled OOS, OOT and EM Excursion.

3. Quality Assurance - IPQA (Injectable/Parenteral Unit)

Designation : Officer/ Sr. Officer / Executive

Qualification: B. Pharma/ M. Pharma

Shift Type

• To perform line clearance activity before commencing the different operations like dispensing, manufacturing, filling, inspection, sealing, labeling and packing.
• To perform Process validation, cleaning validation/verification, hold time study, media fill & routine batch sampling as per protocol/SOP.

Candidate with good communication & interpersonal skills, computer knowledge, exposure to cGMP and understanding of regulatory requirement will be preferred.

Note : Candidate should relevant experience in USFDA regulatory approved pharmaceuticals (Preferred 21 CFR compliant) organization.
