About the Role:
Zouma is hiring enthusiastic and confident male candidates for the role of Account Executive in our UK International Voice Process. This is a great opportunity to work in an international environment and develop your communication and client service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for UK-based clients
• Communicate clearly and professionally in English
• Provide accurate information and support to customers
• Maintain call records and follow internal processes

Requirements:

• Strong English communication skills
• Comfortable with night shifts (UK timings)
• Male candidates preferred
• Freshers and experienced candidates welcome
• Immediate joiners preferred
