Key Result Areas - Admission Counsellor

Guide parents

• Explain admissions requirements, deadlines, and procedures
• Answer questions about academics, activities, school life, and support services
• Help families understand why the school is a good fit for the student

Manage applications

• Receive and review applications.
• Make sure files are complete and accurate
• Organize first interaction, entrance exams, or campus visits (if required)

Represent the school

• Attend school fairs, open houses, and outreach events
• Communicate the school’s mission, values, and programs
• Build relationships with feeder schools, counselors, and community groups

Support enrollment decisions

• Help families through enrollment, orientation, and registration
• Track who accepts offers and manage class size goals
• Work with other departments to ensure a smooth transition
