Job Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a warm and friendly attitude
• Serve food, beverages, and specialty coffees to customers
• Take orders accurately and ensure timely service
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of serving areas and tables
• Assist with basic café tasks like arranging cutlery, preparing tables, and clearing plates
• Provide menu suggestions or answer customer questions
• Handle customer interactions politely and professionally
• Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth service
• Follow all café safety and hygiene standards

Requirements

• Good communication and customer-interaction skills
• Pleasant and positive attitude
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding of food and beverages (training will be provided)
• Punctual, responsible, and well-groomed
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends
