We are Seeking for a friendly and attentive Waiter/Waitress to join our team. You will be the face of our restaurant and responsible for ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience. The ideal candidate will be customer-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner. Present menus and provide detailed information when asked (e.g., about portions, ingredients, or potential food allergies). Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system. Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and courteous manner. Handle complaints with professionalism and seek assistance from management when needed. Prepare checks and collect payments (cash, credit cards, etc.). Clean and reset tables for the next guests. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area. Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
