Job Description

Job Summary:We are looking for motivated and customer-focused Stewards/Waiters to join our service team. This role requires a team player with a positive attitude and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. You will be responsible for ensuring guests have a pleasant and seamless dining experience from start to finish. Key Responsibilities:Welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations when requested Accurately take food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen/bar Serve food and drinks promptly and courteously Clear tables, reset them for the next guests, and maintain overall cleanliness of the service area Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to any concerns or requests Coordinate with kitchen and other service staff to ensure smooth operations Follow hygiene, safety, and grooming standards at all times Assist in daily setup and closing procedures, including restocking and cleaning tasks Qualifications & Skills:Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Good time management and multitasking abilities Willingness to learn and follow standard operating procedures Basic understanding of food and beverage service is a plus What We Offer:A supportive work environment and training Career growth and advancement opportunities Competitive salary and staff benefits Meals during shifts and performance-based incentives
