Job Title: Waiter / Steward Location:Kolkata Job Type: Full-Time Experience Required: Minimum 1 Years experience Job SummaryWe are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Waiter/Steward to provide excellent service to our guests, ensure a pleasant dining experience, and maintain cleanliness in the service area. Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome guests, present menus, and take food & beverage orders. Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally. Set up tables, arrange dining areas, and ensure cleanliness before and after service. Assist in recommending menu items and specials to guests. Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely order delivery. Handle customer queries and complaints politely. Follow hygiene, safety, and service standards at all times. Requirements10th / 12th pass or equivalent. Prior experience as a waiter/steward in a restaurant or hotel is preferred, but not mandatory. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude and willingness to work in shifts. Basic knowledge of food & beverage service. BenefitsCompetitive salary plus tips/service charge. Meals during duty. Uniform provided.
