Job Description

Job Summary:We are looking for a Waiter/Steward to provide excellent customer service and ensure a pleasant dining experience for our guests. The ideal candidate should be friendly, efficient, and passionate about hospitality. Key Responsibilities:Greet and welcome guests in a polite and professional manner. Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen/bar. Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high hygiene standards. Ensure tables are set up properly and maintain cleanliness in the dining area. Address customer inquiries and provide menu recommendations when needed. Handle guest requests and complaints professionally and promptly. Process bills and payments accurately. Follow all safety and hygiene regulations.
