Job Description

Responsibilities: Greet and seat customers with a warm, friendly attitude. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. Serve food and drinks in a timely manner. Ensure customer satisfaction by checking in regularly. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables and service stations. Provide menu recommendations and answer customer queries. Communicate with kitchen staff for order coordination. Handle billing and payments (if required). Follow all hygiene and safety guidelines. Requirements: Prior experience preferred but not mandatory. Good communication and customer service skills. Positive attitude and team player. Ability to work under pressure during peak hours. Basic understanding of food hygiene.
