Waiter / Service Staff

About the Role

We are looking for a friendly, efficient, and customer-focused Waiter to join our café team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to provide an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and guide them to their seats
• Present menus and assist customers in making food/beverage selections
• Take accurate food and drink orders
• Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining area, and service stations
• Assist with takeaway orders and billing
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
• Follow all hygiene, safety, and food handling standards

Requirements

• Previous experience in a café/restaurant preferred but not mandatory
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to handle busy hours with a calm and positive attitude
• Basic knowledge of POS/billing systems (preferred)
• Clean and presentable appearance
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Reliable, punctual, and responsible

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 11 months

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹27,131.09 per month
