Job Description

Job Title: Waiter

Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, attentive, and customer-focused Waiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent food and beverage service, ensure guest satisfaction, and maintain a welcoming dining environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests in a professional and friendly manner.
Present menus, take accurate food and beverage orders, and relay them to the kitchen
Serve food and drinks promptly and efficiently.
Check on guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction and handle any requests or complaints politely.
Clear tables, reset dining areas, and maintain cleanliness.
Process bills, handle cash/card payments, and provide accurate change.
Follow hygiene, health, and safety standards at all times.
Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations.
Uphold restaurant standards and deliver exceptional guest service.

Qualifications & Skills:

Previous experience as a waiter or in customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
