Job Description: We are looking for a friendly and attentive Waitress to join our team. As a waitress, you will be the face of our restaurant and play a key role in providing excellent customer service to ensure a pleasant dining experience for all guests. Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant. Present menus, explain dishes, and make recommendations. Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff. Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally. Ensure tables are clean and properly set before guests are seated. Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and handle any issues politely and quickly. Process bills and accept payments (cash, card, etc.). Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area. Follow all health and safety standards. Requirements: Previous experience as a waitress or in customer service (preferred but not required). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure. Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude. Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays. Physical stamina to stand and walk for long periods. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of food and beverage items. Basic math skills for handling payments. Team player with a customer-first mindset.
