Job Title: Chartered Accountant Location: Sector 155, Noida, Uttar Pradesh Department: Finance / Accounting Reports To: Finance Manager / CFO / CA Job Summary: We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join our finance team at the earliest. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end financial reporting, MIS preparation, and managing audits across our group of companies. A strong understanding of IndAS, financial controls, and a proactive approach are essential. Key Responsibilities: Take complete ownership of financial reporting and MIS preparation in compliance with IndAS for the group of companies. Manage and coordinate statutory and internal financial audits effectively. Develop, prepare, and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for finance and accounting functions. Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide financial insights to support business decisions. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Maintain and improve financial processes and controls. Work with ERP systems, preferably SAP, to ensure smooth financial operations. Communicate clearly with stakeholders and maintain a positive, solution-oriented attitude. Qualifications & Experience: Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory. Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with IndAS (Indian Accounting Standards). Experience in handling financial audits from planning to closure. Proven ability to prepare and implement SOPs. Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude with a collaborative and proactive work approach.

Ensuring smooth percolation and implementation of policies framed by the Head Office (HO). Overseeing administrative duties including housekeeping and security management. Liaising with local government bodies and authorities. Building and maintaining connections with local industries. Managing stakeholder relationships and communications.
