Role & responsibilities Strategic Sales & Business Development Develop and execute enterprise sales strategy aligned with WAEs vision of sustainability and business growth. Lead acquisition of large enterprise clients across industries such as manufacturing, IT parks, hospitality, healthcare, FMCG, and government institutions. Drive solution-selling for WAE’s portfolio (drinking water systems, wastewater management, recycling & reuse, industrial water sustainability solutions). Manage large RFPs, tender processes, and consultative solution pitches at CXO/decision-maker level. Key Account & Relationship Management Build long-term, trust-based relationships with senior stakeholders in enterprise accounts. Position WAE as a thought leader and partner in clients’ water sustainability journey. Ensure client satisfaction, retention, and account expansion through cross-selling & up-selling opportunities. Leadership & Team Management Lead, mentor, and develop a team of enterprise sales managers to achieve revenue and growth targets. Create a culture of consultative, sustainability-driven sales within the team. Implement structured sales reviews, performance metrics, and capability-building initiatives. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Marketing for demand generation, branding, and positioning of WAE’s enterprise solutions. Collaborate with Engineering, Projects, and Operations teams to ensure accurate solution design, feasibility, and seamless project execution. Partner with leadership on pricing strategy, commercial negotiations, and strategic business planning. Market Insights & Reporting Monitor market trends, competitors, and regulatory developments in sustainability and water/wastewater management. Provide actionable insights to leadership for refining offerings and market positioning. Develop sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and revenue dashboards through CRM.
