Your Role As Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will act as a strategic enabler — managing day-to-day operations while gaining first-hand exposure to leadership decision-making and cross-sector work. You’ll also take ownership of administrative processes like reimbursements and documentation, while supporting other senior leaders on critical initiatives. Key Responsibilities Executive & Strategic Support (Primary – CEO) Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and high-stakes travel across geographies. Prepare briefs, decks, and communication material for senior-level engagements. Anticipate needs, track priorities, and ensure timely follow-through. Represent the CEO’s office in coordination with ministries, donors, and partners. Action Tracking & Follow-Through Maintain a centralized tracker of all action items and commitments made by the CEO and to the CEO. Proactively follow up with relevant team members and stakeholders to ensure timely progress. Drive accountability and closure by keeping leadership updated on the status of pending items. Administrative & Operational Excellence Handle reimbursements, expense tracking, contracts, and documentation workflows. Manage approvals, signatures, and coordination with admin/finance teams. Ensure travel, logistics, and event participation are seamless and error-free. Leadership Team Support (Secondary) Provide scheduling and coordination support for other leaders as required. Prepare agendas, capture minutes, and track follow-ups for leadership meetings. Support cross-cutting projects that require multi-team coordination. What We’re Looking For 3–6 years of experience as an EA, in Founder’s Office, or leadership support role. Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills; thrives in complexity. Strong written and verbal communication; ability to draft professional briefs and correspondence. Discretion, maturity, and high EQ when handling confidential information. Your Role As the Manager, People & Culture at WAIG, you will be responsible for building, strengthening, and managing the full employee lifecycle across India and global locations. You will work closely with leadership to design policy, drive talent strategy, manage global compliance requirements, and serve as a trusted partner to every employee in the organization. What you’ll own Talent Acquisition (India + Global) Lead end-to-end hiring across India, Africa, LATAM, and other geographies. Build strong pipelines for technical, advisory, and leadership roles. Manage international recruitment compliance, local hiring norms, and contract structures. Own employer branding initiatives and candidate experience. HR Operations & PLC Compliance Management Oversee all HR operations including onboarding, documentation, HRIS, payroll inputs, letters, and policy administration. Ensure statutory compliance for a Private Limited Company, including: PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity administration Shops & Establishment Act Maternity Benefit Act Payment of Wages Act Bonus & gratuity compliance Contract labour regulations (if applicable) Labour law audits & monthly compliance filings Work with legal/finance to ensure accurate filings, registers, and statutory documentation. Maintain secure employee records and audit-ready systems. POSH & Workplace Governance Serve as the POSH Compliance Officer / Coordinator. Ensure ICC constitution, training, documentation, and annual filing. Conduct organization-wide sensitization sessions and ensure zero-tolerance practices. Maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive workplace environment. Performance Management & Appraisal Cycles Implement WAIG’s interim and annual performance management systems. Support OKR setting, quarterly review discussions, calibration, and evaluation cycles. Coordinate annual appraisal cycles, bonus cycles, salary revisions, and communication. Maintain transparent and consistent documentation for all employees. Culture, Engagement & Capacity Building Design and deliver engagement programs, celebrations, and cultural initiatives. Build mechanisms for feedback, recognition, and employee wellbeing. Support leadership in embedding WAIG’s values, principles, and performance culture. Policy Creation, SOPs & Governance Systems Draft, revise, and maintain HR policies including: Leave & attendance Travel & reimbursements Compensation & benefits Appraisal & performance Code of Conduct POSH & anti-harassment policy Global employment guidelines Create SOPs for all HR processes and ensure org-wide adherence. Employee Relations & Support Serve as the primary point for queries, grievance handling, and conflict resolution. Provide guidance on performance issues, conduct expectations, and workplace norms. Maintain confidentiality and foster trust, clarity, and transparent communication. What We’re Looking For 8-12 years of experience in HR Generalist/HRBP roles, preferably in fast-growing startups or consulting environments. Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws, PF/ESI, POSH, statutory filings, and PLC compliance. Experience managing global hiring, cross-border contracts, and international HR practices. Excellent communication, organization, discretion, and stakeholder management. Ability to work with high ownership, urgency, and emotional intelligence.
