Job Description

Your Role

Conduct regular vulnerability assessments to identify and evaluate security risks in systems, applications, and network infrastructure.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive inventory of all systems, applications, and network components.
Collaborate closely with IT teams and Information Technology Security Officers (ITSOs) to ensure timely prioritisation and remediation of identified vulnerabilities.
Provide expert recommendations to mitigate vulnerabilities and enhance the organisation’s overall security posture.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in vulnerability management to ensure the highest security standards.
Utilise Power BI and other reporting tools to generate clear, actionable insights for stakeholders and leadership teams.
Document processes and procedures, and develop standard operating documentation for vulnerability management tasks.
Coordinate and track remediation efforts, ensuring all actions are properly documented and followed up until closure.
Translate technical risks and vulnerabilities (such as CVEs and exploits) into easy-to-understand remediation tasks for non-technical teams.
Work proactively in a global environment, collaborating with customers and teams across diverse locations such as Belgium, USA, Germany, and the UK.

Your Profile

3–5 years of hands-on experience in vulnerability management, including conducting vulnerability assessments and penetration testing.
Proficient in using vulnerability scanning tools, especially Qualys and Microsoft TVM; familiarity with Nessus and Rapid7 is an added advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and work both independently and within a team.
Skilled in Power BI and other dashboarding/reporting tools, and comfortable working in validated, pharma-compliant system environments.
Solid understanding of Windows and Linux operating systems, containers, CVE, CVSS, EPSS, API calls, basic scripting, and call logging systems (such as BMC Remedy).
