As a VRV/VRF Sales & Project Bidding Specialist at Halcyon Technologies, you will play a crucial role in managing sales activities, preparing project bids/quotations, and overseeing sales operations in Delhi and Jaipur. Your responsibilities will include: - Communicating effectively with clients to understand their requirements - Developing and implementing innovative sales strategies to drive business growth - Negotiating contracts with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements - Ensuring that project requirements are clearly defined and met within the specified timelines To excel in this position, you must possess exceptional communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and a proven track record in sales and sales management. Your ability to provide training to team members and clients, along with your proficiency in independently or collaboratively preparing and submitting project bids, will be critical to your success. Having technical expertise in VRV/VRF systems and related MEP services will be advantageous in this role. While a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a relevant field is preferred, what is essential is your proficiency in project bid submissions.
