Position: VRF Technician

Location: Maduravoyal, Chennai

Qualification

• ITI / Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning

Experience

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in VRF system installation, commissioning, and servicing

Key Skills

• Expertise in VRF system handling (any brand)
• Strong knowledge in troubleshooting and preventive maintenance
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with the project team

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹26,000 (based on experience)
• PF + Medical Insurance as per company policy
• Retention Allowance: ₹2,000 (Employee) + ₹2,000 (Employer)
• Fuel Allowance: ₹2,500
• Company-provided accommodation
