Job Opening: BIM Structure Trainer (Immediate Requirement – Chennai)

About the Opportunity

ACTMEP is hiring an experienced BIM Structure professional to conduct structured training sessions for engineering students and working professionals. This role includes delivering a 3-day training program at SRM University, Chennai, with continued opportunities to teach at other engineering colleges across Chennai and conduct regular online evening classes for ACTMEP students.

Experience Required

• 5–10 years of strong hands-on experience in Structural BIM
• Experience with real-time project environments, coordination, and BIM workflows

Required Skillset

Strong proficiency in:

• Autodesk Revit Structure
• BIM modelling standards and workflows
• Clash detection & BIM coordination (Navisworks or equivalent)
• BIM Execution Plans, LOD standards, documentation workflows
• Family creation, template setup (preferred but not mandatory)

Trainer Responsibilities

• Deliver structured intermediate-level BIM Structural content (trainer knowledge must be advanced level)
• Conduct in-person training at SRM and other partner colleges in Chennai
• Teach regular online evening classes for ACTMEP
• Share industry workflows, examples, best practices, and hands-on demos
• Provide guidance and support during exercises, assignments, and live practice

Training Scope

• Training Level Delivered: Intermediate
• Trainer Expertise Expected: Advanced

Compensation

• ₹20,000 fixed for the 3-day initial training at SRM
• Additional pay for future college sessions and online teaching (structure will be discussed during the interview)
