VP - Data Architect

As a Super Quality Data Architect, Data Engineering Manager/Director, your primary role will be to lead and oversee data engineering initiatives within the organization. Your responsibilities will include: - Having 12+ years of experience in Data Engineering roles, with at least 2+ years in a Leadership position. - Possessing 7+ years of experience in hands-on Tech development using Java (Highly preferred) or Python, Node.JS, GoLang. - Demonstrating strong expertise in large data technologies and tools such as HDFS, YARN, Map-Reduce, Hive, Kafka, Spark, Airflow, Presto, etc. - Showing proficiency in High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) to create scalable and maintainable data architectures. - Managing a team of at least 5+ Data Engineers, indicating leadership capabilities in your CV. Additionally, the company prefers candidates who have the following qualifications: - Graduated from Tier-1 Colleges, with a preference for IIT. - Demonstrated stability by spending a minimum of 3 years at each company. - Accumulated 4+ years of experience with high-growth Product startups, having implemented Data Engineering systems from an early stage in the company.
