VP Corporate Sales

Role Overview: You will be leading the corporate sales team as the Vice President of Corporate Sales in the insurance industry, focusing primarily on sales and business development. The office location for this role is in Andheri West, Mumbai. The offered salary ranges from 25-28 LPA, and the ideal candidate should have 10-18 years of experience in the Insurance Broking Industry exclusively. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth - Build and maintain strong relationships with corporates in the target market - Lead the corporate sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives - Identify new business opportunities and partnerships in the corporate and SME sectors Qualifications Required: - Background in the Insurance Broking Industry exclusively - Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development within corporate insurance broking companies - Strong connections with corporates in the target market - 5 to 15 years of experience in the insurance broking industry with expertise in sales, marketing, business development, or corporate relations Note: Our company is in a phase of growth and aims to strengthen its business development team by hiring professionals with a strong presence in the corporate and SME markets.
