• Coverage experience of NBFC, HFC, NBFC MFI and banks who are active in selling retail assets portfolio.
• Structuring and portfolio analysis capabilities.
• Sales experience and ability to originate and independently handle customers.
• Ability to work across product suite of the division in business development, deal execution and operational aspects.
• Ability to co-ordinate with the rating agencies, legal counsel, trustee, internal stakeholders etc. for the securitization transaction.
• Ability to work with different business divisions of the Bank, in order to facilitate outcomes for our division.
• Ability to represent and manage senior stakeholders.
  

Broad Qualification

• Post-Graduation in Business Administration or any relevant Master's Program degree, Engineering degree, CA, Data Analytics degree etc
• 10-15 years of experience having worked in BFSI sector especially Bank/NBFC/Rating agency.
• Strong origination and execution capabilities
• Understanding of securitization guidelines and structuring capabilities
• Understanding of PSL products and extant regulations
• Ability to front end with external customers and internal stakeholders.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
