We are hiring energetic and motivated graduate freshers for Voice, Email, and Chat Support roles with a leading BPO/MNC in Airoli.
You will be responsible for assisting customers, resolving queries, and ensuring excellent service delivery across communication channels.

• Handle customer queries through voice calls, emails, and chat
• Provide accurate information and maintain high-quality service
• Update customer interactions in the system
• Work in rotational shifts as per business requirements
• Maintain professionalism and empathy with customers
• Any Graduate (Freshers welcome)
• Good English & Hindi communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge + typing speed
• Ready to work in rotational shifts
• Immediate joiners preferred
