Job Responsibilities:

• Generating Leads and Sales:Contacting potential customers to introduce products and services, and converting these leads into sales.
• Customer Relationship Management:Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and foster customer loyalty.
• Product Knowledge:Developing a deep understanding of the company's products and services to effectively address customer inquiries and tailor recommendations.
• Sales Closing:Utilizing effective communication and negotiation skills to close sales deals and meet individual and team sales targets.
• Order Processing and Management:Accurately recording customer information, processing orders, and handling any necessary follow-up actions.
• Customer Support:Addressing customer queries, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
• Reporting and Analysis:Maintaining records of calls, sales, and customer interactions, and potentially providing reports on sales performance.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
