Job Title: Customer Support Executive – Domestic Voice Process (Tamil, English, Malayalam)

Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Domestic Voice Process team. As a Customer Service Executive, you will handle inbound or outbound calls to address customer queries, resolve complaints, or promote products/services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming or outgoing customer calls professionally.
• Resolve customer issues or queries efficiently and courteously.
• Provide accurate information about products or services.
• Maintain call logs and update customer records.
• Escalate complex issues to senior staff or supervisors when needed.
• Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Qualifications & Skills:.

• Tamil, English, Malayalam
• Minimum 12th pass or Graduate (any stream)
• Good verbal communication skills in the local language and/or English/Hindi.
• Prior experience in customer service or tele-calling is a plus.
• Patience, problem-solving ability, and a positive attitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
