Job Title: Tele sales Executive – Voice Process

Location: T-Nagar , Chennai

Employment Type: Full-time

Education : Any Bachelor's degree

Experience: 1–3 years of experience in tele sales, telemarketing, or customer service (voice process).

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and performance)

Shift: Day Shift 6days working(rotational week off )

Key Responsibilities:

* Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company products/services.

* Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert prospects into customers.

* Maintain accurate records of calls and sales in the CRM system.

* Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.

* Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

* Handle customer objections and provide effective responses.

* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through quality communication.

Skills:

* Excellent verbal communication in English and local language.

* Good convincing and negotiation skills.

* Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

* Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.

* Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
