Qualification: Graduation & above Minimum 1 year experience in Email or Chat Mandatory Salary: Experience only: (3LPA) 25,000 CTC & 20,400 TH Languages: English & Hindi 6 Days Working 1 rotational week off 2-way cab transportation up to 35 KM radius Nodal point pic & drop Position Summary Customer care executives are responsible for handling email and chat from new and existing customers regarding a variety of requests around products as specified by the client. Using their knowledge of products or services as well as great customer service skills, these professionals address issues, provide support and offer information, as needed, to keep customers satisfied and retain business.  Duties and Responsibilities  Helps customer via chat/email with desired information; researching, locating, and providing information.  Should also be familiar with semi-voice process, so that employee should out call the customer whenever required.  Determines requirements by working with customers.  Resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems.  Fulfills requests by clarifying desired information; completing transactions Skills and Abilities  Svar equivalent 50 & Above  Basic email/chat etiquettes and basic computer knowledge  Ability to write, read and speak English and Hindi to suit business need  Agent should be able to communicate in English, Hindi  Decision Making, numerical ability & logical reasoning  Customer Focus and Being Attentive  Typing speed should be more than 36 per min; accuracy should be more than 95%. Education Requirements  Graduation is mandate Experience Requirements  Min 12 Months exp (Email/Chat) (If they have 10+ months exp in Email or Chat exceptional if they have relevant exp).
