Job Title: Voice Process Executive – Insurance Sales

Job Description:
We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic Voice Process Executives to join our insurance sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone, explaining insurance products, and converting leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients.
• Explain insurance products clearly and persuasively.
• Generate leads and close sales over the phone.
• Maintain records of calls and customer information.
• Follow up on leads and achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
• Experience in voice process or tele sales preferred.
• Good communication skills in Tamil and basic English.
• Basic understanding of insurance products is a plus.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
• Freshers can also apply

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month + incentives
Working Days: 6 days a week
Industry: Previous experienced in Insurance / BPO / Tele calling can also apply
