As a Voice AI Software Engineer at Adhki, you will play a crucial role in developing a cutting-edge Voice AI platform that combines advanced speech intelligence with Large Language Models (LLMs). Your expertise and creativity will be essential in designing, building, and deploying the platform from scratch at our Bangalore tech hub. Key Responsibilities: - Architect and develop the complete Voice AI platform, including ASR, TTS, wake-word detection, and LLM-driven conversation. - Implement and optimize ASR, TTS, and wake-word detection modules for enhanced performance. - Integrate and fine-tune LLMs to enable natural and context-aware dialogue. - Design a scalable deployment infrastructure using Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms. - Optimize the platform for latency, accuracy, and reliability in both cloud and edge environments. - Select and customize open-source frameworks like Whisper, Coqui TTS, ESPnet, Riva, or Kaldi to enhance the Voice AI system. Qualifications Required: - 4+ years of experience in Voice AI, Speech ML, or NLP. - Proven track record of building end-to-end voice systems from concept to production. - Proficiency in Python and C++ programming languages. - In-depth knowledge of ASR/TTS pipelines, signal processing, and real-time inference. - Experience with LLMs from sources like OpenAI, Hugging Face, and transformer-based dialogue systems. - Familiarity with cloud infrastructure providers such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, GPU optimization, and MLOps practices.
