Create the technical architecture of the system. Design and develop database schema as per the requirement Integrate WhatsApp APIs (Gupshup or Twilio) and handle conversational workflows Collaborate with AI engineer to implement - GPT-4/Gemini-based conversation flows, Post-call analysis (Whisper/Gemini STT), Multilingual memory and tone detection logic.
