VMware VCF support (L2 & L3)

Role Overview: As a VMware VCF Support Engineer at Swan Solutions, you will play a critical role in delivering advanced support for VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) solutions. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting, ensuring system stability, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Provide expert-level technical support for VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) to resolve complex issues. - Perform in-depth troubleshooting of VCF components: vSphere, NSX, vSAN, and SDDC Manager. - Collaborate with teams and customers to deliver timely solutions and ensure satisfaction. - Create and maintain knowledge base articles, documentation, and troubleshooting guides. - Implement proactive measures to improve stability and performance of VCF environments. - Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for critical incidents and recommend preventive solutions. - Mentor and guide junior engineers on best practices and technical problem-solving. - Engage with product development teams to report bugs, suggest improvements, and enhance product quality. - Stay updated with the latest VMware technologies and maintain relevant certifications.
