Job Description

Proficiency in managing and configuring NSX-T environments, including network virtualization, micro-segmentation, security policies and Strong knowledge of NSX-T architecture, network virtualization and SDN Asist with customers on NSX-T deployment, configuration and upgrades the NSX-T environments and develop, maintain, and support networks in NSX-T, implementing networking and VXLAN technologies. Diagnose and resolve NSX-T Network and Security related issues and provide support for networking and firewall services, ensuring network reliability and availability with respect to SLA Troubleshooting on connectivity, firewall, load balancing and micro-segmentation issues and Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve network related issues Ability to use performance monitoring tools to optimize network, system performance and continuously improve network manageability and scalability. Analyze the logs, packets and system configurations to identify root causes and provide guidance on best practices, performance tuning and security policies. Collaborate with Engineering and Broadcom VMware vendor to resolve complex issues and document the solutions, troubleshooting steps and knowledge base articles Monitor NSX-T Managers Active alerts, system performance, optimize resource utilization, and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
