Job Title: Account Executive Location: Bavala,Ahmedabad Reports To: Manager/ CFO/Account Director About Us: We are engaged in manufacturing of Thermo Mechanically Treated Bars (“TMT Bars”) at our manufacturing facility situated at Bhayla Village, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. TMT Bars are high-strength reinforcement steel used widely in construction industry due to their exceptional strength, ductility, and corrosion resistance. (Dun & Bradstreet Report) We conduct our business predominantly in the State of Gujarat from where we derived 97.49%, 98.75%, 97.42% and 96.67% of our revenues from operations in the nine months period ended December 31, 2024 and Fiscal 2024, Fiscal 2023 and Fiscal 2022 respectively. Role Overview: Seeking a results-driven Account Executive to build relationships, drive new business, and deliver client success from outreach through renewal. Responsibilities: Prospect for new clients; qualify, pitch, negotiate, and close deals Maintain and grow existing client accounts through upselling/cross-selling Develop account strategies; meet or exceed revenue quotas Deliver presentations, demos, and proposals Coordinate internally and resolve client issues Track account performance; prepare reports Stay informed of market trends and competition Qualifications: Bachelor’s (or higher) in relevant field 2–5+ years of sales or client-facing experience (up to 7+ for senior roles) Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office Demonstrated success in meeting/exceeding sales targets Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills Highly organized, self-motivated, with strong problem-solving abilities Preferred: SaaS/B2B experience Experience in strategic, multi-stakeholder sales Familiarity with additional languages or travel capacity, if relevant What We Offer: Competitive base salary + commission/bonus Health benefits, paid time off, professional development Collaborative workplace culture Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: Accounting: 1 year (Preferred) Language: Hindi,English,Gujarati (Preferred) Location: Bavla, Ahmedabad, Gujarat (Preferred) Shift availability: Day Shift (Preferred) Work Location: In person
