Experience: 2–5 years on MAZAK VMCs, hands-on with Mazatrol programming & offsets
Tasks: Setup, Mazatrol programming/editing, tool offsets, job changeover, first-off inspection
Must have: Read drawings & GD&T, use measuring tools (Vernier, micrometer, bore gauge), basic CNC maintenance
About the Role: Run and set up MAZAK vertical machining centres using Mazatrol Smooth
Responsible for first-off approval, quality, and productivity.
Set up VMCs (work holding, tool selection, tool length & wear offsets).
Create/edit Mazatrol programs (units, materials, tool paths, canned cycles).
Prove-out programs safely; optimize feeds/speeds to meet cycle time targets.
Perform first-off and in-process inspection, record results.
Troubleshoot chatter, tool wear, surface finish, dimensional issues.
Maintain 5S, basic preventive maintenance, coolant and tool life logs.
Support quick changeovers for small/medium batch production.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
