Job Description

Job Title: VMC Programmer

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented VMC Programmer to join our dynamic engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, optimizing, and executing CNC programs for Vertical Machining Centers (VMC) to ensure precision machining of components as per design and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and modify CNC programs using SolidCAM (preferred) or other CAM software.
Interpret engineering drawings and 3D models to generate efficient machining programs.
Operate and set up VMC machines for production and prototype components.
Ensure dimensional accuracy, surface finish, and adherence to specifications.
Collaborate with the design and production teams for process improvements.
Utilize AutoCAD and 3D programming tools for model verification and fixture design.
Handle EDM operations and related machining tasks when required.
Maintain documentation, tooling records, and machine maintenance schedules.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Production Engineering.
5–10 years of experience in CNC/VMC programming and operations.
Hands-on experience with SolidCAM, AutoCAD, and 3D programming is an advantage.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per year
