- Develop and implement CNC programs for Vertical Machining Centres (VMC).
- Modify and optimize existing programs to improve efficiency and quality.- Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.- Set up and operate VMC machinery for initial production runs.- Conduct trial runs and adjust programs as needed.- Ensure all programs comply with safety and quality standards.- Collaborate with the engineering team to resolve technical issues.- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of VMC machines.- Maintain documentation for all programs and operational steps.
