Job Description

Proficient in CAD/CAM software- UG NX. Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints and CAD models. Make VMC Programme with software UG NX, machine setup and manufacturing of Diesfor Gravity Die Casting & Press machine on HASS-VMC machine. Complete awareness about G-Codes and M-Codes for Programming. Ability to select appropriate material grade for GDC Dies and Press tools. Select appropriate tools, fixtures for machining operation. Collaborate with Engineering and Production team for successful trial and handover of Dies/tool for mass production. Ensure all Dies/tools meet specified tolerances and quality standards in parts. Improve Productivity of VMC machine with cycle time optimisation and effective utilization. Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting. Maintain Clean and Safe environment at workplace. Manage the team of 3 shifts VMC operators with necessary training and awareness. Good awareness about 5S & Lean manufacturing tools. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location: In person
