Key Responsibilities:
Develop and write VMC programs using CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, Fusion 360, etc.).
Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
Design 2D/3D components as per customer or production requirements.
Set up tools and workpieces on machines.
Perform trial runs, first-offs, and quality checks.
Modify programs and designs for optimization and error correction.
Coordinate with production and QC teams for timely output.
Maintain proper documentation of programs and design files.

Key Skills:
Proficiency in VMC programming and operation.
Strong experience with CAM software.
Good knowledge of CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.).
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
Basic understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing).
Quality-focused with attention to detail.
