Job Description

Job Title: VMC ProgrammerJob Summary: We are seeking a skilled VMC Programmer to join our team at GMG Technotrades Private Limited. The ideal candidate will be responsible for programming and operating Vertical Machining Centers (VMC) to produce high-quality components according to specifications.

Key Responsibilities

Program and set up VMC machines for production runs
Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on VMC equipment
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize processes
Maintain accurate records of production and machine performance
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Qualifications

ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 2 years of experience in VMC programming and operation
Familiarity with CNC/VMC machining processes
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to work flexible hours as needed

Skills

Proficient in G-code M-code programming
Experience with VMC operations
Knowledge of CAD/CAM software
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Strong problem-solving skills
Attention to detail
