VMC Programer

You are a skilled VMC Programmer who will be responsible for programming and operating Vertical Machining Centers (VMC) at GMG Technotrades Private Limited. Your main duties will include setting up VMC machines for production runs, monitoring machine operations, performing maintenance and troubleshooting tasks, collaborating with engineering and production teams, maintaining production records, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. To qualify for this role, you should have an ITI/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 2 years of experience in VMC programming and operation. You should be familiar with CNC/VMC machining processes, proficient in G-code and M-code programming, have experience with VMC operations, knowledge of CAD/CAM software, ability to read and interpret technical drawings, strong problem-solving skills, and attention to detail. Additionally, you should be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be willing to work flexible hours as needed.,
