Job Description

Hiring for VMC Operator – Peenya,Bangalore Location

Only north Indian's male candidate located in Bangalore

Language : English and Hindi must

Experience: Freshers / Experienced

Education: Diploma / BE/Btech - Mechanical

Machine Setup: Load raw materials, select tools, set offsets, and prepare the machine for production runs.
Operation: Run VMC machines, adjusting feed rates, speeds, and coolant flow for efficiency and finish.
Quality Control: Inspect finished parts for dimensional accuracy using measuring tools, ensuring they meet engineering specs.
Programming/Adjustments: Edit or optimize existing CNC programs (G-code/M-code) and post programs to the machine.
Maintenance: Perform daily checks, clean machines, and troubleshoot minor issues to keep operations smooth.
Documentation: Maintain production logs and follow standard operating procedures.
