Job description

Machine Operation:

Operate VMC machines with Fanuc controls to produce high-quality parts with minimal defects.

Machine Setup:

Install and align tools, fixtures, and workpieces as per specifications.

Monitoring & Quality Control:

Continuously monitor machine performance, inspect finished products for accuracy and quality, and ensure adherence to specifications using precision measuring tools.

Routine Maintenance & Troubleshooting:

Perform routine checks and basic maintenance on the VMC, and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.

Programming Knowledge:

Read and interpret engineering drawings and CNC programs, with some roles requiring ability to perform basic programming or make machine adjustments.

Safety & Housekeeping:

Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area and machine.

Documentation:

Record production data and machine performance.

Collaboration:

Work with other team members and supervisors to optimize production and resolve issues.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience: Proven experience as a VMC or CNC operator, with skills in setup and machine operation.

Blueprint Reading: Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in operating VMC machines with Fanuc controls, including knowledge of basic machining techniques and G-codes/M-codes.

Precision & Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate parts.

Problem-Solving: Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills to address operational challenges.

Education: A high school diploma or equivalent, with vocational training in machining technology being a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹330,000.00 per year
